My wife Mari Don and I experienced a mechanical problem with our tow vehicle during our latest visit to Ashland Resort. We were five hours from home and no cell phone service. It could have been an ugly situation. The staff at Ashland stepped up and helped us locate a repair shop and tow truck. What could have been a very stressful vacation turned out being just another adventure. The riding was great as always. The excellent facilities are superb but it’s all about the quality of the people at Ashland Resort. A big hug to all the staff. Thanks.

We all had a great time out there (dad) Yamaha grizzly 700, (mom) Yamaha blaster, (daughter, 11) dozer 125 ATV, (nephew, 9) 125 dirt bike. The easy trails gave the kids a taste of what trail ridding is all about. Not to hard but it gave them a challenge in some spots. The camp ground was great also very clean and friendly people everywhere we went. We can’t wait till we get to go back.

The place was amazing! We had a great time and will be back. This is a riding place, not a tourist area, so come here to ride and relax. The staff was fantastic, and the facility was as advertised.
This is the nicest place I’ve stay at in my 9 years of coming to the Hatfield McCoy trails. This is a 5 star resort. Need another between the town of Man and Logan. My wife and I had a great time for our 1st Anniversary. I will be back with all my friends.
We had a really great time. It was our first really big atv trip out east. We just left colorado, and it was close to the same experance. The Rv sites are clean and very nice as well.

I was lost as last years Easters egg getting there on Thursday the
12th to meet up with my brother. But the folks at the lodge guided me in
with out any problems the service and camp grounds were great. I will
reccomend the resort to every one that has any interest in a great place to
stay and ride.

Staying at the Ashland Resort gives you easy access to several of the Hatfield & McCoy Trails. We loved the interconnect to Pineville. It was a very enjoyable day, finding new trails, restaurant & service stations for refueling before our return trip. Made for a very fun day! We enjoy that more trails are now available for the RZR which include the green & blue trails. We were very pleased to find that the Ashland Co. Store Restaurant was open and gave us somewhere to eat besides grilling out. We will be eating there more on our next trip and taking less food to grill out. We really enjoyed our 3 days there and are hoping to go back for a week in the near future. Thanks for the fun Ashland Resort!!!

The ATV resort was wonderful. The staff friendly, the cabins beautiful, and the other visitors wonderful. The trails are beautiful, and well maintained. There are certainly some challenges while riding the trails which truly makes it fun. The only downside to the trip was having to leave.

This is not our first visit at Ashland Resort nor will it be our last! Both the quality of service and the condition of the campground is superior and make are visits most enjoyable. We are always anxious during our work week with our upcoming visit to Ashland Resort, not because of the unexpected, but because of the expected since we know that we will have a phenomenal experience!!

This was one awesome week. We drove our 43ft motor coach to Ashland... the road in was a bit narrow and windy at times but once we got here it was well worth it. We stayed in a 60ft pull thru spot with full hookups. The park right on the Hatfield McCoy trail system which is incredible. We rode on Indian Ridge then connected to Pinnacle Creek. The trails literally run through towns so we stopped for lunch in Pineville before turning back. There's also non-Hatfield McCoy trails accessible from the park where we saw a great waterfall!
Met some real nice folks at the park and will be meeting up with them again down the road. I highly recommend Ashland and their great trails

Really appreciate the way stay patrol the campsite at night and day - everyone has a good time and there family atmosphere is well maintained. Well stocked store with friendly staff. I don't think it gets much better this campground and the surrounding trails.

My wife and I spent 3 days traveling the roads and trails in our Polaris RZR and had the best time you can have. We camped in our toy hauler and that was the best. We camp all over but Ashland it our new favorite, only downside is that it is so far away at 7mph from Culpeper Va. We will be back soon I hope, we missed it as soon as we pulled out to go home. The place the people the trails the campsite the general feeling it is all there, we truly love it!

We had a group of 15 guys and everyone of us felt right at home, I really enjoyed the shower house it was very clean and just what I needed after a hard day of riding! I know I will be returning in the future.

As in the past the Ashland ATV Resort was a wonderful home away from home for Spring Break 2011. Though this was our first time without our son, we had a blast. The weather was beautiful, the trails were great, and the friendships were unforgettable. All the staff at the Resort are like family and don't hesitate to meet any need that may arise. The campground is clean, and refreshing. Facilities are secure and we have always felt safe. I highly recommend a stay here whether for an overnight or a week. There is more than just riding ATV's that you can do from here as a home base. No matter cabin, camper, motor home or tent they have you covered! Thanks, Dave, Julie and all your staff. See you in July!
